It turned out that Yuhan offered the highest annual salary to its employees among the Korean drug makers (except Handok actually calssified as a foreign drug maker).

And it is Dong-A that showed the longest average length of service.

According to a recent research of Healthkoreanews, the average annual salary of the 44 Korean drug makers is 37.2 million won and their average length of service is 5.4 years.

Yuhan's average annual salary amounts to 61 million won and ranks first among them, follwed by Pacific Pharmaceuticals(51.60 million won), LG Life Sciences(50.60 million won), Korea Green Cross(48.70 million won), Samjin(47.35 million won), Hanmi(46.82 million won), Jeil(43.85 million won), Choongwae(43 million won) and Dong-A(42.70million won).

Schnellkorea's employees got the lowest average annual salary of 14.60 million won.

Dong-A's average length of service(9.1 years) is the longest, followed by YungJin(8.6 years), Samjin(8 years), Yuhan(7.8 years), LG Life Sciences(7.7 years), and Korea Green Cross(7.1 years).

Seoul(2.5 years) ranks last among them.

But the research didn't show any special correlation between the annual salary and the length of service.<헬스코리아뉴스>
